What are our lashes made out of?

We carry both mink & synthetic. Our mink & synthetic lashes are handmade from the highest quality products, making them all full, fluffy & luxurious. Our mink lashes have a matte finish, making them look more natural, while our synthetic styles have a bit more of a shine. All of our lash styles should last between 10-30 uses with proper care.

Do you accept returns?

Due to sanitary reasons we can not accept any returns.

When will my order ship?

In most cases, your order will be processed and dropped off to the post office within 1-2 weeks of purchase.

I put the wrong address at checkout! What now?

Please email us ASAP so we can address the issue before we ship it out. If we have already shipped out your order, unfortunately there is nothing we can do and you will have to contact Canada post. If an order is returned to us because of a wrong address, we will contact you and you will be required to cover any further shipping costs. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Which payment methods do you accept?

On our website we accept all major credit cards and PayPal. In some cases we can also accept e-transfer, please message us on Instagram for e-transfer information.
